With sophisticated software features like the Hibernate function, the CPC can maintain its star alignment night after night without needing to be re-aligned, making it an ideal instrument for a permanent observatory facility.
Even with an aperture of over 1500 times the light gathering power than the unaided eye, the CPC Deluxe Series is still one of Celestron's most portable astronomical telescopes.
