The M54 Heavy-Duty Quick-Change System lets you swap heavy accessories such as cameras, filter wheels or ClickLock eyepiece clamps in seconds. The combination of quick changer and changing ring with dovetail ring holds the load securely, without rotation and with precise fit, at an effective height of only 15 mm.
The heavy-duty quick-change system is a useful addition to the M54 system whenever heavy accessories need to be held securely. It consists of two parts:
The changing ring (M54a with S54a dovetail ring) is made of high-quality tool steel. One side has an M54 male thread, the other a 56 mm dovetail ring.
The quick changer (M54i with S54i dovetail receiver) has a built-in M54 female thread and a high-quality brass pressure piece. It holds the changing ring firmly in position and carries even very heavy accessories stably.
Both parts are also available separately.
